The First Ride Teaching your 4-year-old to ride a bike can be frustrating, to say the least. However, there is something so profoundly satisfying watching your son or daughter take off down the road by their own power. It’s fulfilling for us and empowering for them. The same is true for all of us. There is just something about a bike ride that is soothing to the spirit. Once you learn to ride, it’s easy and fun, and an enjoyable activity to share with the family. There are lots of different places that you ride, but some can be more fulfilling than others. Some can be safer than others, and some can be more challenging than others. So, dependent upon what you are looking for, a quick evening ride, a scenic sightseeing tour, or a vigorous workout, all can be had with the right planning.
