Travelling a long distance by means of the foot may seem nasty to you, even if you love to travel. You may feel very tired and difficult to walk anymore. I advise you not to walk too quickly if you prefer to cover a large distance by foot. Walk slowly in a peaceful manner.

Observe your surroundings throughout your way.
You may walk few kilometers daily, so that you may find it easy to walk a long distance next time. Be consistent, do not take rest too much, find a shortcut and take rest on the frequent basis. It is necessary to take rest on the frequent basis so as to relax your muscles and allow them to come to their original position. It is like an exercise and you do not have to stress it out.
