A hub page is a website that provides an opportunity for freelance writers to write for them in return for few bucks. As of my personal experience, it is not going to worth your time. A lot of people have tried this but it is too much difficult to meet their requirements and their objections are very irritating. They may not cooperate with you as they should. So, it is my general advice not to invest your time on Hub pages. It is a very difficult task to get your article featured on Hub pages but afterward, even if that article gets featured, you are not going to earn because I have seen many featured articles drawing no traffic. You have to work on the consistent basis if you really want success on hub pages. You may face many hardships for they may never accept your article. There are few people out there who claim that they have earned thousands of bucks in a year. But, I bet that you are not going to be one of them. Do not risk your time on Hub Pages. They give you score on the basis of your presence on their site, which is very challenging and time-demanding. Featured articles are promoted by hub pages for only a few days. They do not guarantee that your article will be viewed by the number of people in a specific time. That's why I personally do not recommend you this site. It is great to have a place to write and earn some extra cash, but Hub pages are not the right place. You may have gone through the tons of negative comments that they have on different blogs and review sites. I prefer you to invest that time in pitching jobs, searching for more clients and satisfying existing clients in the best way. OK, now accept that you have gone through all the hardships, you were consistent, you learned a lot of things, you wrote tons of articles that were well-versed and written in great form and composition, but even then Hub pages cannot guarantee you that you are going to earn the decent income from that. You may earn only tens of dollars in a year despite hard work, effort and time that you have put in. I admire them for their great thinking, their tough requirements, their popularity and everything that they have got. Guests posting is not an easy job to perform. You cannot go to every famous bog and ask the author to hire you or accept your proposal. You have to pitch for jobs and apply for jobs using freelancing platforms. It is my kind and general advice not to feel considerate or lucky regarding the Hub pages. You have a good thought of guest posting, but you have not come to the right place. Look for most crazy, demanding and clients that are easy to work with. Otherwise, it is nothing but only the wastage of your time. Even if everything goes right for you, you are not going to earn more than few hundred dollars per year. You could have invested that precious time somewhere else and you would have earned thousands of dollars. You need to be considerate of your time that you’re offering to the particular place or platform. I do not prohibit you from trying hub pages, it may prove to be source of motivation or disappointment for you, you may learn few extra things about freelance writing by investing your time on this site, but if you are feeling yourself lucky that you are going to earn a lot of passive income from this site, then you are wrong and you are going to end up in nothing. 2018 is a year of great competition in the field of freelance writing and it is very difficult for new freelance writers to find their place on this site. Surely, you cannot expect to make your living from this site. A lot of people who have invested their time on Hub Pages have commented on their experience on Hub pages. I refer you to the popular review site with a high rating. Unlike other blogs, they do not advise you regarding the article that you posted. They do not point the mistakes that you may have made and that is the most irritating thing. Anyways, it is like being a fool to find your place on Hub pages in 2018. Only a few people will be able to do that but I personally o not think that you should include Hub pages I the career of your freelance writing. It is a good site to write for if you want to write just for fun and you are not very considerate about the money that you are going to earn or the time that you are going to spend. At the start, it may feel very good to write for hub pages and get our articles featured but at the end, you are going to land in the darkness.
